INVITATION TO SPONSOR
Sponsorships, both personal and corporate, are fundamental to
the success of Quad City Arts Festival of Trees. Whether it is an
in-kind sponsorship of goods or services, or a cash sponsorship
towards an event or attraction, the opportunities for joining the
"Festival Family" are nearly endless.
Festival of Trees, the major fund-raising event for Quad City
Arts, is volunteer driven and organized, making it one of the most
unique community events of its kind. All proceeds are used toward
funding, in part, the numerous programs and services offered
annually by Quad City Arts.
A few examples of the 100 plus sponsorship opportunities for Quad City
Arts Festival of Trees include:
Group
Visit - Sponsor an underprivileged group to visit Festival
Green
Tree or Red Ribbon - Each tree at Festival is uniquely created
by area designers. The trees are sponsored, then sold as part of
the fund-raising process.
Gold
Star - Sponsor a Festival "Area" such as
Patron - Sponsor a Festival event such as Holiday Pops, the
Holiday Parade or an operational area such as
Marketing/Promotion.
What do sponsors receive in return
for their generosity?
Sponsor
names are prominently and proudly displayed at Festival of Trees
providing an excellent vehicle for promoting your name and
reflecting your commitment to our community - 10 days of exposure to
over 100,000 people as they experience the magic of Festival.
Sponsor
names are promoted in our own tabloid, the Festival Times,
which is inserted into the local newspapers with a combined
readership of over 400,000 people. Festival Times is also
used as our program to all attendees.
Depending
on the sponsorship level, event tickets and general admission
tickets are given to the individual or company.
Festival
of Trees promotional pieces, when applicable, will include the
sponsors name in conjunction with their sponsored event or area.
Special opportunities in many areas are also available for further promotion and recognition of a sponsor.
