Frederick Douglass, also known as the father of the civil rights movement, rose through determination, brilliance, and eloquence to shape the American nation. He was an abolitionist, human rights activist, orator, author, journalist, publisher, and social reformer. Come learn and enjoy a performance that captures and recreates an important part of history.
