The VISITING ARTIST SERIES celebrates
35 years of PERFORMING ARTS residencies

The 2008-09 season for Quad City Arts’ Visiting Artist series marks 35 years of bringing high-quality professional performing artists to residents of the Quad City community. In this time, more than two million people of all ages have enjoyed and learned from these musicians, dancers, actors and more. Over 275 artists and ensembles have participated, in genres from jazz to chamber music, African drumming to hip hop dance, and everything in between.

The 35th season of the Visiting Artist Series will bring 43 artists in 9 residencies to the Quad Cities, reaching more than 60,000 people in schools and community locations. Residencies will feature everything from jazz to musical theater to classical music and more. Click below for more information:
