Lloyd Schoeneman Impact Award
Quad City Arts is currently accepting
nominations for the 2008 Lloyd Schoeneman
Community Impact Awards.
These awards are intended to reflect the life
and work of Lloyd Schoeneman, who made an
impact in the lives of hundreds of artists and
tens of thousands of Quad City area residents
during his nearly quarter century as an arts
professional.
Awards are given to recognized individuals
whose work reflects passion for the arts and
significant community impact through the arts.
Nominations are sought in the following
categories:
Individual artists in Literary, Visual &
Performing Arts
Young emerging artists
Arts Educators
Arts Supporters
To submit a nomination, please include a
cover page with the name of the nominee,
category of nomination, and contact information
for the person or persons submitting the
nomination. Include your name, mailing
address, e-mail address, and daytime phone
number. Attach a one to three page narrative
that describes how the nominee has impacted
the arts in the community and demonstrated
a passion for the arts that has or is making a
difference through the arts. Send nomination

The deadline for submitting award nominations is:
August 1, 2008. Awards will be
announced and presented at Quad City Arts' annual meeting on
September 25, 2008.
