Kady, who has served as the organization’s Operations Director for over a year, will step into this leadership role, bringing her collaborative problem-solving approach to guide Quad City Arts through this important transition period. Kady has worked closely on the organization’s financials and has been highly involved in the planning and execution of the Festival of Trees—pivotal at this time of year. Her familiarity with both the operational and financial aspects of the organization ensures a smooth continuation of Quad City Arts’ efforts. She is committed to maintaining the organization’s momentum through this transition, ensuring that its programs and community impact remain strong and forward-moving. “Kady's deep understanding of our organization's mission and values, combined with her passion for fostering community connections, makes her the ideal person to ensure the continued success of Quad City Arts.
