Event Coordinator
Full-Time | Rock Island, Illinois

Quad City Arts is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Event Coordinator to lead the year-round planning and execution of Festival of Trees, our largest annual fundraiser and signature community event, while helping coordinate festivals and special events throughout the year.  As part of a small, collaborative team, the Event Coordinator will work with staff, volunteers, committees, vendors, sponsors, artists, and community partners to bring some of the Quad Cities’ most recognized arts events to life.

What You'll Do

• Lead year-round planning and execution of Festival of Trees
• Coordinate logistics for Riverssance Festival of Fine Art, Chalk Art Fest, and other events
• Manage event timelines, vendors, volunteers, committees, materials, and day-of logistics
• Help coordinate sponsorship fulfillment, ticketing, budgets, and event administration
• Build positive relationships with volunteers and community partners

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a dependable self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment. Professional experience in event coordination, project management, administration, nonprofit work, or a related field is preferred.
